Culture & Wellbeing Review

Understand your culture. Strengthen your people.

Most organisations collect a huge amount of information about their people. Engagement scores, pulse surveys, psychosocial risk reports, EAP summaries, manager feedback, one to one notes. The challenge isn’t gathering the data. It’s understanding what it actually means and deciding what to do with it in a way that supports both people and the business.

This is where my work begins.

With a background in HR and psychology, I translate complex wellbeing themes into clear actions that strengthen culture, reduce stress and help managers respond with confidence.

The Culture & Wellbeing Review helps organisations understand the emotional and behavioural patterns sitting underneath the numbers, then turn those insights into steps leaders can actually use.

What the Culture & Wellbeing Review Includes

1. A realistic reading of what your people are experiencing

I take the information you already have and look at the patterns that matter. Stress points. Conflict dynamics. Communication breakdowns. Manager behaviour. Emotional undercurrents that usually sit behind performance issues.

Using both HR experience and clinical insight, I interpret the data in a way that makes sense to leadership, HR and managers on the ground.

2. Clarity on the cultural patterns driving the issues

Numbers tell you something is happening. They don’t tell you why.
I look at what sits beneath the surface.

For example:

  • teams shutting down because they feel watched or critiqued
  • employees masking stress to stay liked or avoid tension
  • people working past capacity because they fear disappointing a manager
  • micro communication patterns creating unnecessary pressure
  • gaps between company values and everyday behaviour

This is the human part of culture that often goes unnoticed until it becomes a problem.

3. Manager guidance that feels practical and real

Managers are often the first point of contact when someone is struggling, yet most have never been trained in emotional awareness or difficult conversations. I create simple tools that help them understand:

  • what they are seeing
  • what the employee might be experiencing
  • how to respond in a calm, grounded way
  • what not to do
  • when and how to escalate

These tools are built from HR practice, psychological insight and thousands of hours of real conversations.

4. Clear actions for HR and leadership

The Review ends with focused, realistic steps your organisation can take. These often include:

  • fixing workload or role clarity issues
  • improving communication between teams
  • identifying managers who may need support
  • strengthening psychological safety
  • resolving conflict patterns
  • improving reintegration and return to work processes
  • early interventions for at risk teams

The outcome is clarity instead of more data sitting in a folder.

5. Support for complex or emotionally heavy cases

Some situations need more than a recommendation.
If needed, I take on specific cases that take up a lot of HR time. Employees in distress. Conflict situations. Long term sickness. Reintegration plans. High pressure teams. I help move these cases forward with structure, empathy and professionalism.
